Ivana Vinnick was born and raised in South Jersey. She attended Arcadia University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2017. She went on to receive her master’s degree in psychological studies at Seton Hall University, while completing a certificate in sport psychology. Ivana later continued her education and completed a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Rowan University in 2023.

Ivana’s passion is working to de-stigmatize the mental health struggles of athletes (anxiety, depression, performance anxiety, returning from injury, retirement, etc.). She has experience working with clients ranging from elementary-aged children to young adults with varying concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, complex trauma, autism spectrum disorder, and more. Ivana uses a humanistic and eclectic approach to foster a safe, nonjudgmental, and authentic space for her clients. Ivana is informed in, and pulls from, many theoretical orientations including ACT, CBT, and trauma informed care.
