Hannah Lee, LSW, MLIS

Play Therapist, Psychotherapist

Hannah's long career as a librarian has taught them the value of a single story among many. Now a therapist, their approach explores the social motivations of behavior and the needs it satisfies, giving insight into the way we seek both healing and fulfillment. They specialize in trauma-informed treatment through the use of somatic awareness, play, and the celebration of self.

Hannah works with both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients of all ages, but specializes in working with children and their caregivers. Utilizing the latest research in neurobiology and attachment theory, they work to ease the difficulties of navigating the world by expanding the self and strengthening the bonds with others that keep us whole. Their work builds on the ever-advancing field of play therapy with training in Adlerian Play Therapy, somatic therapy, sandtray therapy, and Theraplay. They intend to complete their RPT certification in the coming year.
