Brooke Mischlich was born and raised in Mays Landing, New Jersey. She attended Stockton University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology, and completed her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
During her graduate studies, Brooke completed her internship with Serenity Counseling, where she gained valuable experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds.
She is a proud member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and has earned the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC), demonstrating her professional dedication and commitment to the field of counseling.
Brooke is passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem, using a person-centered approach to empower clients toward growth and healing. She also incorporates creative and play-based techniques to foster emotional expression and connection in her work with children as she is pursuing her certification as a Registered Play Therapist.
When she’s not in session, she enjoys spending time outdoors, working out, and trying new recipes.
